By using this website, you represent that you are of legal age and in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws related to purchasing, possessing, and using ammunition, firearms, and related accessories.

It is your responsibility to ensure that any purchases made through Firebird Munitions comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. We reserve the right to refuse any order that may violate any law or regulation.

3. Product Restrictions

Certain products may not be available for shipment to specific locations due to legal restrictions. It is your responsibility to know and understand your local laws regarding firearm and ammunition ownership.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on the checkout page.
  • By placing an order, you authorize Firebird Munitions to charge the payment method you provided.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • All firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.
  • It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information and ensure that the FFL dealer you select will accept the transfer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on firearms, ammunition, or explosive materials. If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

Firebird Munitions is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. You agree to hold us harmless from any claims arising outside of your use of our website or products.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Firebird Munitions, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the site or your violation of these Terms.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our shipping processes, timelines, and the terms governing the delivery of your orders.

1. Standard Shipping Timeline

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Under normal circumstances, standard delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days from the date of the shipment notification.

Please note that “Business Days” are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are  not guaranteed.

2. Back-Order & Supply Chain Delays

We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels; however, occasionally items may be placed on back-Order. In the event that an item in your order is unavailable for immediate shipment due to supply chain constraints or manufacturing delays:

  • The shipment of the affected items will be delayed.
  • No specified shipment time can be guaranteed for back-ordered items, as availability depends entirely on manufacturer resupply and logistics. We will notify you via email if an item in your order is on back-order and provide updates as they become available.

3. Bulk & High-Volume Orders

Orders identified as “Bulk Orders” (based on shipment size, weight, or quantity of items) are subject to different processing and shipping terms. Due to the  logistical requirements and item availability checks necessary for large shipments:

  • Bulk orders may be delayed for a longer, unspecified period exceeding the standard 3-5 business day window.
  • Shipping methods for bulk orders may vary (e.g., freight vs. standard parcel) and may require additional coordination. We reserve the right to ship bulk orders in multiple installments.

4. Shipping Disclaimers & Legal Compliance

Carrier Responsibility: Once a package leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for the shipment. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, carrier errors, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

FTC “Mail Order” Rule: In compliance with consumer protection laws (such as the FTC Mail or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule), if we are unable to ship your order within the timeframe promised at the time of purchase (or 30 days if no time is stated), we will notify you and provide the option to either consent to the delay or cancel the order for a full refund.

5. Tracking Your Order

You can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier’s website after you receive your notification.
