- With three classrooms, we will have the ability to book safety and training classes based on available instructors or trained and certified staff
- 12 State-of-the-art indoor shooting lanes and stalls, rated for law enforcement certification.
- 2 Archery lanes for bows and crossbows.
- Classrooms can be rented out for other training events with scheduling with outside CCW, Safety, or Marksman instructors.
The Problem
Lack of ranges in the area
Three local ranges exist in the Panama City area. Two of them are 45 minutes drive time from the City of Callaway. Powder Room is far out of the way, and it’s lane rental is rather pricey, and location is inconvenient, and range etiquette is abysmal. Bay County range is 45 minutes to an hour away, and the range safety duties rely entirely on volunteer services.
Low Training Availability
There are instructors that can be booked and regular gun shows that these individuals frequent, but they are traveling agents. The intent is to have a staff that is certified and can be instructors.
No Community Involvement
There is no community involvement or engagement, clubs, or organizations.
